Shetland Tea Shawl

I've just finished The Shetland Tea Shawl from A Gathering of Lace. I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

Thank you so much for your comlpliments on my shawl. Actually the pattern aren't that difficult to do. As I wrote in my blog they are rather small and therefore rather easy to memorize. The problem is that there are so many stitches, but I used a lot of stitch markers. It took me about a month to finish, mostly because I have so many other rojects on the go at the same time:-)

That's stunning. I've got that book and wasn't too impressed with any of the patterns but may give it a second look now.

That's amazing work. Truly gorgeous!

Could you tell us the yardage? It looks like you used a cobweb weight yarn. What is it?

Very nice! A Gathering Of Lace is a book I've wanted for some time, and just can't seem to get my hands on. I hope when I do, though, I can make something from it that looks that good!
